True Notes require a 50% deposit prior to any works commencement.
All repair work completed by True Notes will be guaranteed for 3 months from the date of invoice submission(not date of instrument collection)
True Notes reserve the right to make any item available for sale if it is not collected within 6 weeks of final invoice. This can be to recuperate lost earnings from non payment, or to encourage customers not to use our workshop for their own personal storage space.
Unless discussed prior to works commencement, True Notes will take photographs and videos of all instruments that come through the workshop and will use these for any online/offline marketing and promotion purposes.
True Notes reserve the right to cancel any job at any time if it is discovered the item is stolen or the owner is profiting from instrument forgery.
